Origional Work

We ask that all collaborators provide original work or work they are fully authorised to produce.

By collaborating with Everbound, creators confirm that their work:

  • The scope of use, duration, and any exclusivity arrangements will be clearly outlined in a written agreement before production begins
  • If a project is created as a “work made for hire” or involves a full transfer of intellectual property, this will be specified in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Exclusive Designs

Where a collaboration includes exclusive artwork or products created specifically for Everbound, the exclusivity period and usage rights will be agreed upon before production begins.

Unless otherwise agreed, creators may not reproduce or sell Everbound-exclusive commissioned designs to other businesses during the agreed exclusivity period.
